3. Final Product Shape
ZJ-217 Chiffon plisse machine
Pleat shape can be as many as over 70 types by the reason of blade shape is customized according to designer thinking.
Besides, pleat pattern from each blade consist of a combination pattern. Alternatively, one piece of fabric is pleated twice or by other model of plisse machine respectively. Pleat pattern will be amazing.
ZJ-416 Chiffon plisse machine
Unlike model ZJ-217, this machine pleat pattern is single and purely vertical. It isn’t fixed with blade. It is steel belt and steel comb. Steel belt presses on the fabric to ensure fabric isn’t removed. The steel comb plays a role of broom to bring fabric together in rows. Final plisse shape is set up by heating.
4. Common Of Two Models
They both use papers to sandwich fabric to protect fabric damaged by high temperature which is probably up to 200℃ degree. Temperature varies by thickness / density of fabric. It need 1-2hours pre-heating before working. Ambient temperature is an important factor.
